We exclusively use Chiarugi 2/Loree/D11 dimensions as our staple bore.

Oboe cane selected and gouged to a precise and exacting standard, and thickness of 0.55-.57mm, with a further test of Hardness to eliminate overly hard or soft pieces of cane. Standard cane will have slightly more variance in hardness, whereas Professional cane will have been tested to within 12-14.

Shaped according to your specification from our selection of shapes for our Reeds n Stuff shaping machine or Chiarugi hand shaper. Contact us if you require a different gouge measurement or shape not listed.
